Before you write in
If you’re debugging a task that didn’t behave the way you expected, include the task ID from app.ryven.dev and the Slack, Linear, or GitHub link that triggered it. That lets us pull the full log immediately instead of asking you for it.
Status & incidents
We post active incidents in the GitHub issue tracker and notify affected workspaces by email. A dedicated status page is coming soon.
